Our August Newsletters have been posted and are ready for your use.  I use a free file sharing service called Box.net and you can preview and download these files easily - directly from the links below.

Each month we distribute three (3) newsletters for people interested in the real estate and mortgage finance markets, real estate professionals, professional sales people, and homeowners.  The newsletters are Real Estate Trends, Real Estates Page, and The Sales Update.  Full archives for each newsletter are available here under the “Newsletters” heading in the menu above.

Real Estate Trends - this month the main article discusses the importance of the “big” economic numbers that are being released over the next few weeks and how policy makers will try to gauge a potential slowdown in the housing market.  We also discuss home affordability – it’s the highest in decades.

Real Estate Page - focuses this month on refinancing and how not to get shut out in this market.  With mortgage rates at 50 year lows ,  lenders can be expected to be inundated with applications, but appraisal values, credit issues, and tighter mortgage qualification standards could make it harder for many homeowners to take advantage.  Read how.

The Sales Update - this is the 4th and final part of our on-going series about making a difference in your numbers in any market by setting up a marketing plan that delivers real value to your sphere.  Value means meeting the needs of your sphere.  This month we end the series by talking about staying with your customers, prospects, and entire sphere for the long-run.

These newsletter are free for you to use and re-distribute.  They are not only great for your individual knowledge, but they represent a handy and well produced item of value to send to your client database to keep in touch and deliver information they can also use.  I hope you find them helpful and please let me know if you have any specific ideas you would like to see in our newsletters.
